Your cancellation

Email address (required)

The address you subscribed with, or where you want the confirmation.

Licence key (recommended)

It identifies your subscription. Without it we find the subscription from your email address.

Type of cancellation Ordinary: stop the renewal. The subscription ends at the end of the period you have already paid for, the earliest possible date. Extraordinary: end it with immediate effect, for an important reason.

Reason (only for an extraordinary cancellation)

By pressing the button you cancel your subscription. This cannot be undone from this page; you can subscribe again at any time.

What happens next

We confirm on screen and by email: what you cancelled, when we received it and when the subscription ends.
With your licence key, the cancellation is carried out at once at our payment provider.
With only your email address, we stop the renewal at once; an extraordinary cancellation is reviewed by us within two working days.
After the subscription ends, the program stops opening new trades. Positions it already opened keep their stop and target.

Within 14 days of your first payment you can instead withdraw from the contract and get that payment back in full.
